Songster Records wishes to ensure your piece of mind and satisfaction with both our products and our services. You the end user are very important to us. Our new cutting edge download system gives you the ability to download: MPEG-4 audio file (.m4a) digital audio file format for play in iTunes, iPhone, iPad and the newest iPod Touch as well as DSI, MPEG-3 audio file (.mp3) digital audio file format for play in all MP 3 and Android devices) and Window Media Audio file (.wma) format for download (for play in Windows Media Player).

Pricing Is As Follows:

Due to the fact that the material being purchase is in digital format and once purchase can not be returned to us, therefore all sales are final. Should you have any issues with the download not working on your device, simply contact us with the proof of purchase and we will send you another copy in the correct format for your device at no charge. We provide a 30 second sample sound bite of each digital single, digital record and digital album prior to any sale, so if it is a mater of you simply not liking the artist's material that you downloaded, no refund would be provided.

We would instead issue you a One Time Only in-store credit for the amount of your original purchase which you can use at any time to purchase other material. If you are still unsatisfied with the artist's material you have purchased with the in-store credit, then no further in-store credits will be issued.
